Accounts and sign-in
LamjinLab uses Supabase for accounts. Email registration provides an email, display name and password directly to Supabase; the website VPS does not store passwords. When an enabled Google or Microsoft sign-in is used, we receive an account identifier, email and basic profile information such as name and avatar to identify your account and associate private cases. We do not request access to your mail, contacts or drive files.
Private cases
Case titles, notes and selected tool results are uploaded to Supabase only when you choose Save. Ziwei cases include birth date, time and chart inputs. Other ordinary users cannot read your records. Authorized maintainers may access relevant data when handling your request, operational faults or security incidents. Avoid unnecessary identifying information and obtain consent before recording another person’s data.
Providers and locations
The website uses Cloudflare and a US VPS. Supabase stores accounts and cases in the western United States. Resend processes recipient addresses and message content to deliver account verification and password recovery emails. Sign-in providers process authorization under their own privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your location.
Browser storage and statistics
Your browser stores login sessions, language and theme preferences; some chart tools remember inputs locally. Public pages use Google Analytics and other visit statistics; account and private-case list pages do not load those analytics scripts. The site-wide counter uses Upstash to process IP addresses and estimate visitors. Infrastructure may record IP addresses, request times and browser information for operations and security.
Use and retention
Sign-in data supports account access; private cases support saving, restoring and exporting. We do not sell these data or use them for personalized advertising or AI training. Records are generally retained until you delete them or request account closure. Operational logs and provider copies follow their retention mechanisms; deletion may not immediately remove historical backups. Free services may pause, so download personal copies periodically.
Access, export and deletion
My cases lets you view records, edit notes, export JSON or delete cases. To correct account information, close an account or ask a privacy question, contact the email below; we must verify account ownership before processing the request. Revoking Google or Microsoft access does not automatically delete saved cases. Material changes in data use will be disclosed before use and consent requested when needed.
