Auspicious Date

Auspicious Date Lookup How To Use

What can this tool be used for?

Look up source-backed day-level signals, count groups and original topic texts from Xieji Bianfang Shu, then expand the twelve double-hours for auspicious, inauspicious and conditional signals.

How do I use this tool?

Choose an activity category and a public topic, then set the starting date and range. Review each day and expand its double-hours. Restricted or unrecorded topics retain their entries and explanations without running legacy rules.

How should I read the results?

Day groups reflect raw auspicious and inauspicious hit counts. The final suitability judgments in Volume 10 are not yet implemented. Hour results list signals and conditional candidates without scores or rankings; assess the applicable conditions yourself.

What scenarios is it suitable for?

Use it to consult traditional date-selection texts, study topic rules and compare day and hour signals. Follow the links to classical texts and research articles for further reading.

FAQ

Which sources does this tool use?

The main rules use topic texts and verified rule matrices from Xieji Bianfang Shu. Yuxia Ji is only a corroborating reference for matching names and does not enter the hit counts.

Does the tool automatically decide final suitability?

No. It shows raw day-level hits and count groups. The final judgments in Volume 10 are not yet implemented, so this is not a complete almanac verdict.

What does a matched signal mean?

The selected topic, day or hour meets the conditions of a traditional rule. Read auspicious, inauspicious and conditional signals together with their sources and applicable conditions.

Can I view the twelve double-hours?

Yes. Expand a day to view auspicious, inauspicious and conditional signals for each double-hour. These results are not automatically scored or ranked.

Do wedding, moving and business entries all support calculation?

Only public topics with corresponding Xieji rules execute a query. Restricted or unrecorded entries retain explanations and do not borrow a neighboring topic’s algorithm.
